The fast tempo of everyday life leaves little room for healthy habits, such as cooking at home, which means that a conscious and balanced diet takes a back seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methods: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A descriptive pilot study was conducted to investigate the effects of an eight-week intervention program. This program included the daily intake of breakfast, cooking at home, adequate fluid intake and daily physical activity. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of these measures on the participants&#8216; body weight and general health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the 56-day intervention, there was a steady trend towards weight reduction, and at the end of the intervention phase, a significant weight reduction in the test person could be observed. At the end of the intervention, the participant was still 45 years old, measured a body weight of 73.4 kg, which represents a BMI of 25.1 and is classified as slightly overweight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of the pilot study demonstrate clearly that the health mix of regular cooking at home, a daily breakfast, a daily physical activity session and sufficient fluid intake can be an effective booster for weight loss in adults. This combination has not only led to a significant reduction in body weight, but has also shown that simple, everyday measures can have a profound effect on health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zusammenfassung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zielsetzung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In zunehmend stressigen Zeiten greifen viele Menschen vermehrt zu Fast Food, vernachl\u00e4ssigen eine ausreichende Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr und verzichten oft auf regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung. Die Schnelllebigkeit des Alltags l\u00e4sst wenig Raum f\u00fcr gesunde Gewohnheiten, wie z. B. das Kochen zu Hause, so dass eine bewusste und ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung in den Hintergrund tritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methoden:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen einer deskriptiven Pilotstudie wurden die Auswirkungen eines achtw\u00f6chigen Interventionsprogramms untersucht. Dieses Programm umfasste die t\u00e4gliche Einnahme des Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks, das Kochen zu Hause, eine ausreichende Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr und t\u00e4gliche k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t. Ziel der Studie war es, die Auswirkungen dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen auf das K\u00f6rpergewicht und den allgemeinen Gesundheitszustand der Teilnehmer zu bewerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der 56-t\u00e4gigen Intervention gab es einen stetigen Trend zur Gewichtsreduktion, und am Ende der Interventionsphase konnte eine signifikante Gewichtsreduktion bei der Testperson beobachtet werden. Am Ende der Intervention war der Teilnehmer noch 45 Jahre alt, ma\u00df ein K\u00f6rpergewicht von 73,4 kg, was einem BMI von 25,1 entspricht und wird als leicht \u00fcbergewichtig eingestuft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schlussfolgerung<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der Pilotstudie zeigen deutlich, dass der Gesundheitsmix aus regelm\u00e4\u00dfigem Kochen zu Hause, t\u00e4glichem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, t\u00e4glicher k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t und ausreichender Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr ein wirksamer Booster f\u00fcr die Gewichtsabnahme bei Erwachsenen sein kann.
